Before making a reservation, please notice that:
- Reservation – We prefer guests who know the exact date of their check-in and check-out date. We cannot guarantee the rooms unless you give us the required info when making a reservation.
- Check-in time – 3:00 PM
- Check-out time – 11:00 AM
- Payment - Your payment must be made at the front desk when check-in.
- Energy Saving Policy – Please turn off the A/C, Heater, Lights and Water when the room is not in use. We appreciate guest with etiquettes.
- Cancellation and Change Policy – At the Tantramar Motel we appreciate you as a guest and we know the unexpected may occur. In order to cancel your reservation without any penalties, we would need a 5-day notice prior to your arrival date. We are a family owned and operated establishment and we will work with you when the unexpected occurs, please do not hesitate to contact us.
- No Show-ups – full charged will be applied to your credit card that you provided us when making a reservation.
- Early check out – NO REFUNDS will be issued for early check out.
- Credit Cards – The Tantramar Motel accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Debit cards. Travelers Checks are accepted.
- Smoking Policy – All our rooms at the Tantramar Motel are NON-SMOKING. Smoking in a room will result in a $150 cleaning fee applied to your credit card.
- Damage/Theft in our property – You will be responsible for any damage/theft in our property.
